بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَقْذِفُهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَاChapter: A man divorces his wife, then accuses her during her waiting period
Hadith 2752

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا قَذَفَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا لَاعَنَ حَامِلًا كَانَتْ أَوْ غَيْرَ حَامِلٍ، وَإِذَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَذَفَهَا فِي الْعِدَّةِ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلًا لَاعَنَهَا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ حَمْلًا جُلِدَ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone divorces his wife and then accuses her (of adultery), whether she is pregnant or not, he will perform li'an (mutual cursing). And if, after three divorces, he accuses her during the waiting period, then if she is pregnant, he will perform li'an, and if she is not, the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out.
