حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، فِي رَجُلٍ يَقْذِفَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا قَالَ: «لَا يُلَاعِنُ»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone first accused his wife (of adultery) and then gave three divorces, then li'an will not take place.
