حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، نا أَبُو وَهْبٍ الْكَلَاعِيُّ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، «رَخَّصَ لِلْمَرْأَةَ فِي غَيْرِ الرَّأْسِ وَالرَّأْسَيْنِ فِي غَيْرِ أَمْرِ الزَّوْجِ»
Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) permitted a woman to trim one or two hairs with the permission of someone other than her husband.
