Hadith 2673

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَا كَانَ مِنْ صَدَاقٍ فَهُوَ لَهَا، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ الصَّدَاقِ فَهُوَ مِيرَاثٌ»
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said that whatever is from the dowry belongs to the woman, and whatever is not from the dowry is inheritance.
