حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَوَطِئَهَا سَيِّدُهَا: «إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَخْطُبَهَا» قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: بِئْسَ مَا قَالَ
Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If a husband gives his slave woman two divorces and then sells her, and the (new) owner has intercourse with her, then if the (former) husband wishes to marry her, he can do so. Sa'id said: He has spoken very badly.
