حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا أَبُوْالزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، أَنَّ غُلَامًا، لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " ارْجِعْهَا لَا أُمَّ لَكَ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ، فَأَبَى، فَقَالَ: هِيَ لَكَ فَاتَّخِذْهَا "
The servant of Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) gave his wife two divorces. Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Take her back, otherwise you have no authority. The servant kept her for himself.
