حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: «عِدَّةُ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ مِثْلُ عِدَّةِ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ»
Hazrat Hasan, Ibrahim, and Shabi (may Allah have mercy on them) said: The waiting period (‘iddah) of a woman who has taken khula‘ is equal to the waiting period of a divorced woman.
