حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، وَمَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَلْحَقُهَا طَلَاقُهُ إِيَّاهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي عِدَّةٍ بَائِنَةٍ» .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the waiting period is irrevocable, the husband's divorce does not apply.
