حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا حَجَّاجٌ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «يَلْزَمُهَا طَلَاقُهُ إِيَّاهَا مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: As long as she is in her waiting period ('iddah), the divorce becomes binding.
