حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةُ فِي الْعِدَّةِ حُسِبَ عَلَيْهَا الطَّلَاقُ»
It is narrated from Sha'bi and Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on them, that: If a woman who has taken khula' is given divorce during her 'iddah, that divorce will be counted.
