حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا طَلَّقَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا الطَّلَاقُ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a woman who has sought khul‘ is divorced during her ‘iddah, the divorce will take effect.
