حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ .
The same narration has been transmitted by Hazrat Ali bin Abi Talhah (may Allah have mercy on him) in a marfu’ form that: The woman in whose womb there is a man’s sperm, his authority remains over her; neither can she marry others nor is it permissible for anyone to marry her, and divorce takes effect.
