بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْإِيلَاءِChapter: What is reported regarding ila' (oath of abstention from wife)
Hadith 2637

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ فِي عِدَّةٍ مِنَ الْخُلْعِ أَوْ إِيلَاءٍ فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ تَامًّا، وَلَهَا الْعِدَّةُ تَامَّةً» .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If, during the waiting period (‘iddah) of khul‘ or ila’, a marriage is contracted and then divorce is given without seclusion (khalwah), the full dowry (mahr) and the complete waiting period (‘iddah) will be obligatory.
