حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّقَرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، «فِي الْمُوَلَّى عَنْهَا وَالْمُطَلَّقَةِ إِذَا خَطَبَهَا زَوْجُهَا فِي عِدَّتِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ كَامِلًا وَبَانَتِ الْعِدَّةُ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If, after an oath of abstinence or divorce, the husband marries his wife during her waiting period and divorces her before seclusion, then the full dowry is due and the waiting period ends.
