كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2628

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقًا بَائِنًا إِلَّا خُلْعًا أَوْ ثَلَاثًا» .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that: He did not consider a bain (irrevocable) divorce to be anything other than khul‘ (divorce at the wife’s request) and three divorces.
