كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ قَبِلَ مَالًا عَلَى طَلَاقٍ فَهُوَ طَلَاقٌ بَائِنٌ لَا رَجْعَةَ لَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that: Whoever takes wealth in exchange for divorce, then it is an irrevocable (bain) divorce; return (ruju‘) is not possible.
