كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2625

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا قَبِلَ الْفِدَاءَ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ، وَيَخْطُبُهَا فِي الْعِدَّةِ إِنْ شَاءَ وَشَاءَتْ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the husband accepts the compensation, then this counts as one divorce, and during the waiting period, if he wishes, marriage negotiations can take place again.
