وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ أَصْحَابِهِ، أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ الْحَامِلِ: «إِنَّ لَهَا النَّفَقَةَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهَا زَوْجُهَا»
Hazrat Mughira, may Allah have mercy on him, narrated from his companions that they used to say: If a woman who has taken khula is pregnant, then she is entitled to maintenance, unless the husband is absolved.
