حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ: «لَا نَفَقَةَ لَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يُشْتَرَطَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: There is no maintenance or provision for a woman who has taken khul‘, except if it is stipulated as a condition.
