وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2618

حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، أنا خُصَيْفٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، فِي الْمُفْتَدِيَةِ قَالَ: «مَا أَرَى أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مَالَهَا كُلَّهُ، لَكِنْ لِيَدَعَ لَهَا»
Hazrat Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I do not think that the husband should take all of the woman's wealth; rather, he should leave some.
