وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2617

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، قَالَ: «لَا يَصْلُحُ الْخُلْعُ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَرْأَةِ» وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى: «لَا بَأْسَ بِالْخُلْعِ إِذَا كَانَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَرْأَةِ»
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Khul‘ is not valid unless it is demanded by the woman. In another narration, Hazrat Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When it is from the woman’s side, there is no harm in khul‘.
