وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «لَا تَحِلُّ الْفِدْيَةُ حَتَّى تَعْصِيَهُ وَلَا تُطِيعَهُ، وَتُحَنِّثَهُ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Khul‘ (compensatory divorce) is not permissible until the woman disobeys her husband and violates the agreement.
