كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2614

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا عُبَيْدَةُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا كَانَ الدِّرْؤُ مِنْ قِبَلِهِ فَمَا أَخَذَ مِنْهَا كَالْمَيْتَةِ، وَالدَّمِ، وَلَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيزِ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If the discord is from the husband's side, then taking wealth from the woman is as forbidden as carrion, blood, and the flesh of swine.
