كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2613

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَ الدِّرْؤُ مِنْ قِبَلِهِ لَمْ يَحِلَّ لَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قِبَلِهَا فَلْيَأْخُذْ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if the discord is from the husband's side, then it is not permissible for him to take anything from the woman. If it is from the woman's side, then he can take.
