وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»And Hammad said: "There is nothing from her wealth."
Hadith 2598

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: " إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: قَدْ خَلَعْتُكِ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ خَلَعَهَا، فَقَدْ خَلَعَهَا الْآنَ، وَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ "
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When a man says to his wife: "I have granted you khul‘," even though he has not actually granted khul‘, then khul‘ takes place at that very moment and the man retains no right over her.
