Hadith 2573

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَعَلَيْهِ النَّفَقَةُ، حُرَّةً كَانَتْ أَوْ أَمَةً، حُرًّا كَانَ زَوْجُهَا أَوْ عَبْدًا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says: If a pregnant woman is given two divorces, then maintenance is obligatory for her, whether she is free or a slave, and whether the husband is free or a slave.
