حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: نا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «عِدَّةُ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The 'iddah of an umm walad is three menstrual cycles.
