بَابُ الْأَمَةِ تُطَلَّقُ فَتُعْتَقُ فِي الْعِدَّةِChapter: A slave woman is divorced and freed during her waiting period
Hadith 2452

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا حَبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ، وَعِدَّتُهَا قَرْءَانِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَا تَحِيضُ فَشَهْرٌ وَنِصْفٌ»
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The divorce of a slave woman is two times, and her waiting period is two menstruations. And if she does not menstruate, then one and a half months.
