Hadith 2441

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْأَمَةِ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ أَوِ الْعَبْدِ فَتُعْتَقُ، فَقَالَ: «لَهَا الْخِيَارُ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ»
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a slave woman is set free while she is married to a free man or a slave, then she has the right of choice.
