بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَحِيضُ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَChapter: A man divorces his wife, she has three periods, and he enters upon her before she is purified

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا طَعَنَتْ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنْهَا»
Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the third menstruation begins, the wife becomes separated from the husband.
