بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَحِيضُ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَChapter: A man divorces his wife, she has three periods, and he enters upon her before she is purified

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «يُبِينُهَا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا طَعَنَتْ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ»
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: When she enters the third menstruation, she becomes separated from her husband.
