بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَحِيضُ ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَChapter: A man divorces his wife, she has three periods, and he enters upon her before she is purified

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: «هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا كَانَتْ فِي الدَّمِ»
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is the husband's right as long as the wife is in menstrual blood.
