كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
قَالَ: وَقَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «مِنْ يَوْمِ تُوُفِّيَ»He said: And Jabir ibn Zayd and Ibn Abbas said: "From the day he died."
Hadith 2381

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «تَعْتَدُّ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ الْأَوَّلِ» .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The waiting period (iddah) will be counted from the first divorce.
