كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
قَالَ: وَقَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: «مِنْ يَوْمِ تُوُفِّيَ»He said: And Jabir ibn Zayd and Ibn Abbas said: "From the day he died."

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ حَيْضَةٍ، قَالَ: «عِدَّتُهَا مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ الْأَوَّلِ مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ مُرَاجَعَةً» .
Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If someone gives a divorce at every menstrual period, the waiting period (‘iddah) will be counted from the first divorce, as long as he has not taken her back.
