بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَكْتُبُ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِChapter: A man writes a divorce for his wife
Hadith 2364

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَالْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: «مَنْ خَطَّ بِيَدِهِ طَلَاقًا فَهُوَ كَمَا كَتَبَ»
Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi and Hakam (may Allah have mercy on them) said: Whoever wrote a divorce, it is binding in the same way as if it was pronounced.
