كتاب الطلاقBook of Divorce
بَابُ الرَّجُلِ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ فَنَهَى وَاحِدَةً عَنِ الْخُرُوجِ، فَوَجَدَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَائِهِ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ، فَقَالَ: فُلَانَةُ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، أَيَّتُهُنَّ تُطَلَّقُ مِنْهُ؟Chapter: A man has four wives, forbids one from going out, finds one of his wives has gone out, and says, "So-and-so, you are divorced"—which one is divorced?
Hadith 2358

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ الشَّعْبِيَّ، قَالَ: «إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ بِالطَّلَاقِ وَنَوَى شَيْئًا فَهُوَ مَا نَوَى»
Hazrat Aamir Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When someone utters the word of divorce and intends something by it, then his intention will be taken into account.
