بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ فَيَقُولُ: بَيْنَكُنَّ تَطْلِيقَةٌChapter: A man has four wives and says, "Among you is one divorce"
Hadith 2348

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي رَجُلٍ لَهُ ثَلَاثُ نِسْوَةٍ طَلَّقَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ تَطْلِيقَةً، وَلَمْ تَقَعْ نِيَّتُهُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْهُنَّ قَالَ: «يَنَالُهُنَّ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ مَا يَنَالُهُنَّ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ» .
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: If a man has three wives and he divorces one of them without specifying any particular one, then the divorce will be distributed among them just as inheritance is distributed.
