حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «طَلَاقُ السُّلْطَانِ وَاللُّصُوصِ جَائِزٌ»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Divorce given under the force of a ruler or bandits is valid.
