بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي طَلَاقِ السَّكْرَانِ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَرَهُ وَمَنْ أَجَازَهُChapter: What is reported regarding the divorce of the intoxicated, the absent, and those who permit it
Hadith 2278

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ «أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا يُجِيزَانِ طَلَاقَ السَّكْرَانِ وَيَرَيَانِ أَنْ يُضْرَبَ الْحَدَّ»
Hasan and Ibn Sirin, may Allah have mercy on them, considered divorce given in a state of intoxication to be valid and believed in the implementation of the prescribed punishment.
