حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نا عُبَيْدَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً وَأَمَةً فِي عُقْدَةٍ قَالَ: «يُثَبِّتُ نِكَاحَ الْحُرَّةِ وَيُسْقِطُ نِكَاحَ الْأَمَةِ»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If someone marries a free woman and a slave woman at the same time, he said: "The marriage with the free woman will remain valid, and the marriage with the slave woman will be nullified."
