Hadith 2226

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَمُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: " إِنْ تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً مَا دُمْتِ عِنْدِي فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ. قُلْتُ: ظَنِّي أَنَّهُ كَانَ عَقِيبُهُ: «فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ» فَسَقَطَ مِنَ النُّسْخَةِ "
It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that if someone said: "As long as you are in my marriage, if I marry another woman, then she will be divorced," he said: "It is just as he said."
