Hadith 2222

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ: " كُلُّ امْرَأَةٍ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ قَالَ: لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، هَذَا رَجُلٌ حَرَّمَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ. وَإِذَا قَالَ: إِنْ تَزَوَّجْتُ فُلَانَةَ فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ كَمَا قَالَ "
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever says that every woman whom I marry is divorced, then this means nothing. But if he mentions a specific woman by name and says this, then after marriage divorce will take place."
