Hadith 2221

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ: " إِنْ تَزَوَّجْتُ فُلَانَةَ، أَوْ قَالَ: مِنْ بَيْتِ فُلَانٍ، فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَ فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: كُلُّ امْرَأَةٍ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ، فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ "
It is narrated from Ibrahim Nakha'i, may Allah have mercy on him, that if someone says: If I marry a woman from such-and-such or such-and-such family, then she is divorced, then after marriage, divorce will take place. And if he says: Every woman whom I marry is divorced, then this is nothing.
