Hadith 2213

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي حَلَفْتُ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَةٍ فُلَانًا، قُلْتُ: إِنِّي لَا أَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى أَخْرُجَ إِلَى أَصْبَهَانَ. فَقَالَ لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ: «فَاخْرُجْ إِلَى أَصْبَهَانَ، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجْهَا بَعْدُ»
It is narrated from Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) that if a person swore an oath that he would not marry a certain woman until he went to Isfahan, then Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Go to Isfahan, then marry."
