حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: إِنْ تَزَوَّجْتُ فُلَانَةَ فَهِيَ عَلَيَّ كَظَهْرِ أُمِّي. فَتَزَوَّجَهَا، فَسَأَلَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، فَقَالَ: «لَا تَقْرَبْهَا حَتَّى تُكَفِّرَ كَفَّارَةَ الظِّهَارِ»
It is narrated from Qasim bin Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man said: If I marry such-and-such woman, then she will be forbidden to me like my mother. Then he married her. When he asked Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "Do not have relations with her until you have offered the expiation for zihar."
