بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا نِسَاءٌ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّChapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them
Hadith 2196

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَ لِلرَّجُلِ ابْنٌ، وَكَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ، وَلَهَا ابْنَةٌ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، وَابْنُهُ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا، فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الِابْنُ ابْنَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ إِنْ كَانَتْ وُلِدَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا الْأَبُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ بَعْدُ كَرِهَهُ» . وَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ مُجَاهِدٌ بَأْسًا قَبْلُ وَلَا بَعْدُ. قَالَ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ: الْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man has a wife and his wife's daughter, then if the daughter was born before her mother (became his wife), it is permissible for his son to marry her. If she was born after, then it is disliked." Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) did not see any issue whether it was before or after. Hazrat Abu Uthman (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The statement of Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) is reliable."
