بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا نِسَاءٌ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّChapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them
Hadith 2189

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، تَزَوَّجَ جَارِيَةً، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَمَعَهَا جَوَارٍ، فَتَنَاوَلَ وَاحِدَةً فَقَالَتْ: لَسْتُ بِامْرَأَتِكَ. فَخَلَّى عَنْهَا، ثُمَّ تَنَاوَلَ أُخْرَى فَقَالَتْ: لَسْتُ بِامْرَأَتِكَ. فَخَلَّى عَنْهَا، ثُمَّ تَنَاوَلَ أُخْرَى فَقَالَتْ: لَسْتُ بِامْرَأَتِكَ. فَقَالَ: أَتُدَافِعِينِي؟ فَوَقَعَ بِهَا، فَنَظَرَ فَإِذَا هِيَ لَيْسَتْ بِامْرَأَتِهِ، فَقَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ: «لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ، وَيُدْرَأُ عَنْهُ الْحَدُّ لِجَهَالَتِهِ»
It is narrated from Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man married a slave woman and she had other slave women with her. Whenever he touched one of them, she said: "I am not your wife." This happened three times, then he had relations with her. When he saw, she was not his wife. Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The dowry is obligatory for that woman, and the legal punishment is waived for the man because he did not know."
