بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَتَمُوتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَوْ يُطَلِّقَهَا، هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ أُمَّهَاChapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman, then she dies before consummation or he divorces her—can he marry her mother?
Hadith 2115

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ، قَالَ: " هِيَ فِي مُصْحَفِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُمْ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِهِنَّ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ. قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ: لَا أَدْرِي أَذُكِرَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ، أَوْ قَالَ: كَذَا
Hazrat Dawood bin Abi Hind, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "In the Mushaf of Abdullah bin Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, this verse was written in such a way that the condition of entry was mentioned."
