بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ أَمَةً بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَشْتَرِي نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمَاChapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a slave woman shared between two men, then buying the share of one of them
Hadith 2013

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ أَمَةً بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ فَاشْتَرَى نَصِيبَ أَحَدِهِمَا قَالَ: «لَا يَقْرَبُهَا حَتَّى يَتَخَلَّصَ نَصِيبُ الْآخَرِ» .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever has purchased half of a slave woman, it is not permissible for him to have intercourse with her until he buys the share of the other partner as well."
