حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ عَلَى عَاجِلٍ وَآجِلٍ: «هُوَ حَالٌّ كُلُّهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ مُدَّةٌ مَعْلُومَةٌ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man has stipulated both prompt and deferred dowry in marriage, then the entire dowry becomes immediately due, unless a specific term has been set."
